have lunch with lovely ex-colleague from shanghai

in the afternoon, i was busy at chasing the gift that i left to my tokyo ex-colleague at the hotel which she stayed in early january. harbour grand is poor........
the hotel said the guest didn't pick up the gift though they have left her message at her room
my ex-colleague said she didn't know i have left the gift to her
the hotel couldn't find the gift at their store and said they might have pass it to another guest...........

星期天賦閑在家便與新的焗爐玩遊戲。

爸媽為我準備好雞、羊和豬，加上家中已有的材料，那天我們的晚飯十分豐富。

我製作了焗焞蛋、香草羊、檸檬豬、烤全雞和綠茶蛋糕。

羊，是很難控制的，焗得太久了，雖然味道很好，但太筋了，尤如口香糖一樣。
檸檬豬，實在很檸檬，咬下洋蔥也以為自己吃下了檸檬。
燒烤雞最好吃，因為熟得剛好，有足夠的水份，而且香草入味。
意外的是那些一齊弄的薯仔很香，好好味！

至於甜品......原來黃糖係發唔起，而且比起白糖，黃糖是沒什麼味道。幸好，焞蛋是不用發大的，而綠茶蛋糕的綠茶味還好。
